Our Technological Advantages
Our galvanizing lines use advanced production processes to create products that meet the demands of customers. We have annealing, galvanizing, fitting and straightening capabilities, and the annual production capacity of our galvanizing lines is 150,000 tons. Moreover, we can produce cold-rolled steel coils, hard SPCC, SPCD and FH to specifications from 0.15 to 0.8mm thick and 800 to 1350mm wide. We also can manufacture up to 120 meters per minute, and the total length of the machine set is about 209.5 meters.
Our company uses advanced technology to make zinc flowered, spangled and non-spangled products, and our CGL SPM fingerprint resistant set create galvanized zinc and fingerprint resistant products. Plus, we can manufacture products with a zinc thickness of between 60 and 275 grams per meter.
